Can only judge from up to this point to which i would say has so far been a success.

If you watch any of the training videos McClaren is forever present..

So by virtue that he has been mainly responsible for training (Harry laid up with ankle), I would attribute him as instrumental.

Well that's good news about the England job ... but wouldn't disagree with you on Sunderland or even the black and white side come to that.

Me personally, I really hope he remains..

He has always been a highly respected Coach, its just when he is in charge of the club or country he is useless. Done alot of good when he is behind the scences

I've said this before: If we get promoted I reckon Harry will be "Director of Football" - with Schteve being formally made "Director of Coaching and First Team Coach"........ which is pretty much what is going on at the mo and is working a treat.......
