Can't believe we're thinking of loaning him out when we now have Simpson to play off of him , has to be our best hold up man, playing with his back to goal. and we forget he's had a long time out due to injury, still think he'd do a job at this level . Surly we should think of offloading Agyemang first.

I know Helguson isn't exactly great but I hope we are not loaning out without bringing in someone else.

tbh i have it like this:

helguson, vine, taarabt and simpson are my match day squad.. (in terms of strikers)

pellicori obv needs time to adjust i feel.

agyemang is not good enough and doesnt work hard enough to merit a seat on the bench.

we need at least 4 strikers in the matchday squad.

I reckon he could get 10 goals if used properly.

My Watford mate said if Helguson ever signed for them again he would get me a watford shirt with Helguson at the back of it.

I would burn it straight away.

They are though. They've lost Priskin and Smith plus Rasiak didn't come back so they are thin on the ground for strikers. Not surprised that they want him back.

Do our board the last seasons perform as "marksmen" in football?? No wonder our players,,Heidar included, underperform.:red_heart:

Agree Helguson should only go after we bring someone else in and in any case Agyman should go instead (shd anyone want him). And the ITK crew have gone v v quiet about a striker coming in...

I would let him go on loan and if he starts scoring we could always recall him.

As for his 'bad patch'. From what I can tell it has lasted about 3 seasons.

That''s not a bad patch, perhaps it says that his previous good season at Watford was a one-off. He was never quite on form at Fulham and flopped at Bolton.

Being in the right place at the right time counts for sweet f.a. if he doesn't score. And over the last 10 months at QPR he has missed more chances than I can recall.

Why are fans so quick to dismiss Pellicori?

He has started 1 game, and yes, he did look very slow, but surely he deserves a run of 3-5 starts before we can really begin to judge him. Afterall, he is new to this country and the pace of the game here is faster than in Serie B. Perhaps he would score from the type of chances that HH and PA seem to miss on a game by game basis.
