Funny you should say that, I was thinking the same thing, we have one of the best coaches around. We should get a bunch of young players and give him two odd years to work with them, ie, the young midfielder at Brighton, the young left sided midfielder at the Scum that will rot, Leon Best from Blackburn, etc and just use this and maybe next season to develop a style of play.

we could do that but given that we've been looking at bridge and parker, think we're looking for more immediate results! I was thinking more of just coaching diakite for example.

I agree with your point, the one thing we have not had for a while is a style of play, we could use this time out of the line light to do that, a group of young players including the likes of Diakite, who is only 24/25 then we buy players to fit the pattern, a longterm plan not 1/2 year signings like Parker.

This, although o neil filled in well on the right imo. Hopefully we get matt phillips. But 2 strikers are a must, and maybe a full back too.
