You obviously missed all the other stuff that went with it, so I'll repeat it for your benefit:
a number 10 type ball playing striker/attacking midfielder.
Sounds like a playmaker to me....Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.Comment

Yes. To me too.
Not sure why every time the number ten role gets mentioned, someone has to correct it.
Not sure if it's always you (and apologies for my testiness if it isn't), but someone always does and it's silly..Comment

Well let me enlighten you, it's me. It just seems a bit daft calling it such a role when the bloke who's been allocated the shirt this season has done the off. You won't see a QPR player in a number ten shirt this season.
But anyway, let's leave it there. Some may prefer to call the position number ten, I prefer to use the term playmaker.Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.Comment

I know. You said. It's relentlessly pointless to correct people though. Because we all know it.Well let me enlighten you, it's me. Edit: I realise on reading that back, that there is some level of irony.
But you started it. Ner.

No what i ment was a forward who can drop back into midfield 5 not a playmaker. I love it when people just try to be smart for the sake of it.Comment
