I don't know if anyone else noticed but just after the game when the players face the stands and acknowledge the fans support with a clap, joey at one stage waved towards the Ellerslie stand.

Might be nothing but I felt that it could have been a goodbye.

I really hope I'm wide off the mark as I feel joey Barton is Pivotal to our season and without him our hopes of promotion would be severely dented.

If we are offering Parker a place in the starting XI on big money the writing is on the wall. With Barton on a salary normally found only for a top 5 Premier League side he is a luxury at this level, as much as I;ve enjoyed his performances so far if someone took him off our hands we should look to the future and invest elsewhere in up and coming talent we can bed in.

No. I watched him closely he waved bye bye to the away fans in the School End, only acknowledged the applause by saluting the other three ends. And he celebrated the goal like a maniac with the bench. Especially Joe Jordan. Still think clubs will come in for him given his present form, so worry that he will leave.

I think Harry is trying to bring Parker in and the likes of O'neil in anticipation that Joey could be off,you have to prepare for all eventualities and although i'd love Barton to stay as he is in the sort of form that brings promotion,a back up of O'neil and parker wouldnt be so bad would it ??
