I'm sure I'm far from alone, but as they say, if you don't ask you don't get.
Didn't renew ST's this year as both my kids now play hockey at a high level for ( sticks in the throat ) ...Reading, which means Saturdays go out of the window in some cases, so not financially sensible to pay for three season tickets we'll not make the most of. Pay per ticket is what we've done so far for both home and away matches, but of course that leaves me/us out of the loop on the Chelsea ticket front if they sell out before the members allocation.
Trust me, I've paid my dues watching Rangers since 1973, at home and abroad, long before many on here were probably born so please don't think I'm a glory hunter that only comes out for the big games. I'm most definitely not and have photos and souvenirs to prove it !
So if anyone on here is a ST holder that can't make the game, or knows anyone else that might be able to help with some tickets, please PM me. It would be very much appreciated.
I thought long and hard before not renewing, but having been to the bridge and Old Trafford in recent years, didn't think we'd be lucky enough to get a plum draw.....how wrong was I !
One thing though, please don't insult me with "yes I have tickets but they'll cost you double face price". I've given my tickets away for free many a time before, and would not fleece a fellow R, especially one from this board.
I hope someone can help.
