Mbia gone?

I didn't really mind Mbia but for the fee Cardiff have rumoured to paid then it's a great deal for the club, also it gets another high earner off the books. The clear out is going well so far. Let's just hope we get our targets by the end of August and it would have been a brilliant transfer window from the club.

As said IMO I think he's a good player.

I dislike his diving as well.... but he aint a 'PONY' player IMO.

Each to their own but think you're in the minority. Just out of curiosity what has made you come to that decision. Interested to know and I'd like this to be a sensible debate.

IMO
- His passing is woeful and 90% of that is silly passes back to the back four with him the running into the hole.
- His positional sense is terrible and the majority of the time his pace sometimes gets him out of trouble but it normally ends up in him giving away a foul.
- Can't tackle otherwise he wouldn't give away so many fouls

Never really had a good game for us and I think if you take away the him giving his shirt to kids in the crowd you'd probably never really know that he was on the field. Cost us far too many points last season; Wigan & Arsenal instantly spring to mind!

I'm also in the minority.....I like m'bia ...... he is a much better as a CB though than a midfield player and we're covered for centre halves...

If any of that makes sense to anyone else on here then please explain. M'Bia has a year left on his contract. Please don't tell me he's better than Faurlin and from what I've seen of Henry I'd pick him in front of M'Bia any day of the week. I also think Harry knows what he's doing in keeping him as far away from the first team as possible!

M'Bia's in the wrong profession. Reckon he only came over here last season hoping to make the Cameroon Diving Swimming squad for the Olympics and unfortunately we got stuck with him.

I agree with ya mate. Appreciate Mbia ain't everybody's cuppa (and I admit I hate his diving!!) but as a player think he's pretty decent and would have him above the aforementioned 3, without doubt. He's a better CB than CM though, IMO.

Me to I think he could be a good centre half his problem is he doesn't want to play there he's under the illusion he's a C/M . I don't see us as being well covered for centre halves none of what we've got fill me with confidence as being commanding enough ,but yeah take the dough
