what disrespect did JB show to QPR?

Very interesting and telling tweet as suggests he knows he has been out of order towards the club

I think Joey is the type of player that wants to feel loved and since the Man City game he has not felt wanted by the club and therefore all his output was anti QPR. If the club make him feel wanted he could be a key player

For me if he plays like that all season why waste 3 or 4mil on a player like Parker when we already have the answer within the squad. Save the money or spend it elsewhere

I said more or less the same thing in the match thread and a minute later he got booked, then nearly gave away a penalty and got sent off. I agree that he played well today but one good performance is not enough to earn redemption from me I am afraid.

                Barton

My MOTM, superb performance. Ate my words big time today.

As for the rest, Hoilett, Faurlin, AJ were the standout players. The others did well. Except Zamora. He was sh*t.

Good result Rangers, lets build on it.

Clean slate. Glad to have Joey. He'll be immense for us if he stays. I'm glad the fans gave him such a great reception. Am very, very pleased we might have him play for us.

                    agree.....but at least it's a start....

Everyone else needs to lay off tenderly licking joeys nut sack until he's put in a few more of those performances...really.... You're coming across as slightly needy....

Joey had a good game and has shown alot of humility in his twitter post beyond that we'll just have to see what happens. I'm inclined to think this is the Joey we'd get if he stays so i'd be happy with that. As for the clubs relationship with him what happened against City and the fall out wasn't all one sided.

If he's enjoying himself and no-one else will match his pay then I think he'll stay.

Joey Barton: Harry Redknapp wants midfielder to stay at QPR

QPR manager Harry Redknapp praises Joey Barton's attitude and wants the midfielder to stay with the Championship club.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Long been a detractor but he really did the business today. If he can keep his head down and not be a t1t definitely keep him.

Also in addition to Zamora though Henry and Traore were pretty poor.
