Well I would think you have to have a B for it to be counted as a BOOM so we can discount B from the equation ;

That leaves 7 O's & 4 M's,

so 7 times 0.8 = 5.6 O's

& 4 times 0.8 = 3.2 M's

Therefore using the mathematical rules of rounding up/down over or under 0.5 , I make that 6 O's and 3 M's making the final word Boooooommm


Of course if it had been spelt in Capitals, I would have made it 5 capital O and 1 lower case O but would have stuck to the 3 M's.
