I think signing Austin could mean Remy's departure!

Correction MYU. It closes on September 2nd this summer due to the weekend.

I've always said it makes no sense to loan Remy. He's our biggest hope of getting promotion and having a front two of Remy and Austin would improve our promotion chances a hell of a lot!

He wouldn't fail a medical on the condition of a bad shoulder.

Steve Bruce said the following "We have been working on it for the last three or four weeks behind the scenes but unfortunately he has a bit of a knee problem and with the amount of money at stake in the transfer fee the problem has shown up pretty visibly with the scan and unfortunately that has put a stop to the deal."

I have no idea why they would even consider letting him leave.

Yes, we have Derry, Faurlin, Henry, with Mbia & Granero still on the books, but the latter two may not be at the club on 1st Sept. Also Diakite seems to have disappeared. QPR will need more than 3 central midfielders for a 46 league game season, especially given that these CMs seem to pick up yellow and red cards on a frequent basis.

how true can that really be? Don't you think he would have tested positive by now given how strict they are getting with all these tests?

Why is he not? I personally think he is better.
