Boyd turned down a move to Birmingham last season. They couldn't match his wages and he didn't want to drop down into the Championship (Lord knows why, it's still a major step up from the SPL).

Did you know he has his own range of merchandise available at Ibrox. You know the Mr Men character, Mr Lazy? Well the t-shirts and graphics on caps etc are of said Mr Lazy but the writing spells out "Mr Boyd". Says pretty much all you need to know...

    Great goalscorer mind!

Why do you think we would have a chance?

      Interested to know
It was reported on quite a few web sites just prior to the window closing that he turned down a move to Trabzonspor, who are a Turkish side apparently. Rangers fans are reportedly up in arms about it.

Why do I think we would have a chance, good question, maybe, just maybe Briatore may push the boat out on someone who's scored 81 goals in 115 games.

And yes, it is strange that premiership clubs like Stoke or Hull haven't snapped him up, they appear to have the money.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

How about Roberto Carlos on a free and King/Harewood/Phillips on loan? because only one more loan can come in, because we can only have 5 in the match day squad

                Well it would be nice...
