tbh not sure if tinkering is worth it - sure harry could find the odd better player than the current ones willing to play for a fraction of their wages - but if all the same flops from last year are still at the club next year how much difference is that going to make. Dunne for example, good solid defender, but if he is playing behind last years team he wont change much - best case scanario is he plays great like nelsen - well nelsen played about 20 games and won just two of them - even he couldn't impact the results.

I see your point but I think we'll be a better side as a result of having a decent pre-season and excluding the players that don't want to be here from the rest of the squad. Harry will bring in 2 or 3 more before the season starts, I'm sure of that and with a bit of luck the bulk of those that don't want to be here will find a new club before the window closes.

We have to accept this is the type of player we will be signing.Cheap/free and not gonna want silly wages.

Plenty of experience in the Championship.

I have no complaints about signing him.

Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Let's hope they go and add another few to the list.

Agreed but the priority is still strikers. I still think Granero and Ale could do a job together in midfield. They haven't been tried in preseason..

                          Granero translates to 'grossly overrated'.

what have granero, mbia, park, cesar, bos, hoilet sat in the stands earning more in a day than the playing 11 earn in a week watching henry/ohara/oneil slogging it out, not going to help team spirit and not fair either. if they are going to be at the club and that is the level of replacements then dont buy, play the flops, make em earn their money, put granero and mbia in cm with park and hoilet on the wings, twice a week, 9 months, 46 games - some say they will win the title, well , put them to the test then, see how they fancy it.

Sorry Zeb but that is a daft suggestion, did last season not teach us anything?

It doesn't matter what line of work you are in, whether it be professional sports, an office job or anything else, it only takes a few bad eggs to spoil everything. Talent is completely worthless without enthusiasm and desire to do well. If these players don't want to be here and are played against their will we will achieve absolutely nothing, in fact I'd say the chances are that we'd struggle to shake off the losing mentality from last season. Harry is doing the right thing in working with the players that want to be here and excluding the rest of them. Let them rot in the reserves until somebody pays them what they want or they've had enough and agree to a termination or to move on for whatever they can get!

and in some regions 'grossly underweighted'
