That's how I understood it as well . No one else has made a bid despite knowing what they would have to cough up to get their man . That to me speaks volumes . If west ham or Norwich really wanted him they'd have paid up by now surely

Yep - Agreed.

Im sure he was interested to see if a Prem move came up. But he was also quoted saying he would be open to a move to the championship.

Basically, its more likely for him to join us. A decision will be made soon.
