My dads QPR, simple as
My whole family are Chelsea, my dads dad(who's Chelsea) bought him a blue & white hooped shirt as a young boy, nothing to do with football just them colours & from there he supported QPR. I know QPR can be a bit naff at times, however I think i'm lucky to support QPR because i've got a real passion for them & I think everyone needs stuff their passionate about in lifeUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes

I remember rocking up to the Bush for the ZDS cup against Palace now that was a waste of time but still about 7k there
Back in the early 90s were there not 5 competitions clubs were in?
1) League
2) FA Cup
3) League Cup
4) ZDS (Earlier Simod Cup) Last side I remember lifting it was Everton??
And Im positive there was a fourth cup competition. No way those days will come back most clubs hate being in the FA and League cups let alone two othersComment

Since ealy 80s I used to go to London every summer with my family. In 1987 I decided to go to football matches with my brother. On 22 August 1987 we went to Loftus Road and QPR beat Arsenal 2-0 with goals by John Byrne and Alan McDonald. Loved the atmosphere and fell in love with QPR. We finished 5th in the league that season.QPR fan since1987

11th sept 1976 at home to villa and won 2-1 , I was 13 an a mate suggested we should go down qpr as they nearly won the league the year before , that was me hooked and went to next home game which was 2-0 home win v stoke .
Loved going to rangers back then and what a great time it was with great players , loved the old loft with the square concrete pillars and the smell of beer !Comment

i new i had to support Rangers when i came home from Selhurst Park with a Palace scarf , (my school used to get free tickets ) ,my old man then decided to educate me
First match was October 81 we beat Blackburn 2.0
My teeth used to chatter with excitement on every visit to Loftus Rd , it was a big day out with the old man, going on the tube from Wimbledon
going to Palace was a 157 bus ride from Rose Hill to Norwood , no big day out , just a trek to the other side of Croydon
Loftus Rd was where it was at !Rangers,Scooters ,Tunes and TrainersComment
