Seems to be their new policy. They did the same thing the other day with the Harry interview. Just a marketing tool to generate interest and increase the club's profile etc

Going back to what TW said...Simpson has noticeable tattoos on his right arm (unless it was one of those gay tattoo sleeve things).
On the vine, the right arm had no tattoos (unless the camera lighting was bad).
