When you purchase a season ticket via the zebra finance option, when do they take the first payment?

Last season it was August sometime.

I called zebra and asked them this. They said that if i filled out the form now they would take it between the 15-20th this month. But if i completed the form in the last week of june before the renewal period ends, the first payment would be between the 15-20th of july.

He also said that once finance is agreed then you can change the date if it does not suit you. I can only assume this is down the discretion of the advisor that you speak to at the time and you are given a certain amount of leeway.

also there is a £15 charge if you choose the 4 month interest free option

Changed from last year then as I looked into that and the 10 month jobby for a £709 ST work out at making 10 payments of £79 with the first being in August and the last obviously May this year. So woulda ended up paying £790 - £81 in Zebra's sky rocket.

The season starts earlier this year and the window for ST renewals closes earlier than it did last year if i am not mistaken? so maybe that is why? Although i could do with not paying until August!!

think it depends on what time u took out the finance but I think its within 30 days of when u first did it.
