lol leave it out...never heard of it. You northerners love a wind up :-) . I think i get you mixed up a lot with Northampton and Lincoln City and suchlike...but without their history.

Sorry old chap but it does baffle me as to why you are on our forum here?

I am actually a close personal friend of someone who once watched Dwight play live on TV- and I have no idea where a £1m valuation would come from. I know you guys are rich but this is silly money! If you think about it:

Age- he is so young. How many people stay in the same profession all their life? My bet is he will hit 23 and retrain as a teacher. Park Ji-Sung on the other hand- always has been and always will be a footballer- stick with old age.

Pace- whilst it could be seen as an asset imagine how hard it would be for your midfielders to try and pass to a moving object. Bobby Zamora is a brilliant target man because it is easy to hit a target that doesn't move- stick with Bobby.

Goals- 13 goals in a relegated team in your first part-season at championship level could be seen as a decent return. However, bit greedy isn't it? Remy top scored with 6 for "the hoops" last year. There is no "I" in team, but there is 1 in Dwight and coincidently also 1 in "Greedy ****." Stick with sharers.

If you promise to bring Clint Hill and Jamie Mackie to our dilapidated and frankly dangerous old stadium you can have Dwight for free. I can only imagine the queues at London Road for this fixture, bustling to get a view of these mega-stars in person. As you lot rightly say we could do with some money to prop up our 4 dodgy stands. Perhaps you could leave Christopher Samba behind. I can only presume that the 12 times valuation of Gayle you paid for him was due to him being structurally sound and cheaper than moving from Loftus Road.

I think you'll find you've only been met with such an attitude because you and a couple of other plums have come on here and instantly started giving it the barry. You're first comment was "I doubt that a friendly against a Championship side full of mercenaries will attract much of a turnout" when our thread was simply discussing this lad Gayle. Had you come on and actually given us some half-reasonable response towards the subject matter, you might have had a civilised conversation. As it goes, you haven't. As you say, hey ho.
