better he should say what he thinks and if it upsets people that he don't pretend everything is rosy then maybe they need to hear it the most.

If we dont get new signings and move some of these frausters on then were in for a long long season, and be lucky to end up int he top half.

I have never seen a season where i ended up so angry with my own players for most of the games.

Yes i can get frustrated with an odd poor performance by players or the ref, but this season has been anger.

If i have another one like it then after 40 years of seasons tickets will stop, as my family have to come first.

Oh yes, if we dont clear these scum bags out (strong words but thats how i feel), HR will leave as he knows there is nothing he will be able to do.

Coming up with very long shopping lists of half a dozen players was precisely what landed us in this mess. cant see anyone coming in until the back end of the window as we need to a) find out if we have a manager first and b) see how many of our over-paid failures we can off-load: eg no point looking at young hungry right backs if we are going to be stuck with Bosingwa on £60,000 a week. If we can't off-load these kinds of players, we will need to play them. We can't afford to let them rot in the reserves.

I hope the club stop reading the forum and buying the players the fans want... all turn out to be a waste of money.

I'd rather the manager bring in the players he wants like NW did the season we went up, let the fans moan about the new signings. I'd rather that then the club buying players to keep us fans happy!

Don't agree, anyone who saw us play week in week out for the last two years knew we were sh&t don't need decades of experience to work that out.
He came in, did his best and failed to keep us up. I don't know one manager who has moaned about his players publicly as much as he has, OK things haven't gone as planned but FFS man up and get on with it. This isn't a manager who isn't backed by the fans or board, he has full support but little if anything positive is coming out from him. He just sounds like someone who is publicly condemning the squad and owners previous purchases to save his own reputation than the good of the club.
He sounds like he's orchestrating a departure, other managers have done a lot better with a lot less. My own view is we ain't got much to spend in this transfer window, so Arry needs to start rebuilding with what we got, we know we got mercenaries, he doesn't have to shout it from the roof tops.
We are having to get our cash out to renew, which is a positive message to the club, a bit of a similar message coming the other way ain't going to hurt.
As I said before certain players in our squad who if motivated and play to a system can get us out of trouble, I accept last two yrs are awful but that doesn't mean we just give up.
