Everyone get on to twitter and lets give Tony fernandes some transfer ideas and give him a list of good young players to sign up and the odd older player!!!!

My feeling is we ain't going to reinforce, could see Summer being a period where we try to get rid of high earners who don't want to be anywhere near us like Bos, Cesar, Joey, Gran etc... and do very little if any transfer activity in getting players in. Going to be a period of consolidation where we simply try to control our ridiculous spending of the last two years...austerity will arrive at LR is my view.
Reckon tensions between Arry and the board will boil over, Arry will say his position is untenable and leave and we get in a solid lower league manager who can work on a meagre budget and do best with what he's got.

There is no way that new players wont be brought in, if only to replace the old lot who dont give a ****. Maybe you are right about harry and the board though, can see that happening, especially if harry doesnt get the players he wants or if the board get fed up with him because he just cant get it right.

You know what I am thinking after reading your post? We could spend a lot of time and efforts in trying to get ride of them and by the time this is done, we will find us short of time to snap up good signings. I hope I am wrong though because we should buy as early as possible anyway.

Well it sounds to me that we can't buy until we sell. Which is reasonable as the wage bill must be huge.

Reckon we keep Green, Derry, hill, Tarbs, both, macks, AF plus a few youngsters and couple of frees.
Also if one or more of the three (samba, remy or toilett) can be persuaded to stay until jan transfer window and then review their position, if we are where we were the yr we went up then more likely to stay with us in jan if we are off the pass then they can go with our blessing.
Summer we try to get rid of Mbia, Bos, bobby, park, Cesar, Diak, gran etc ...
Cant afford a complete clear out we ain't got the cash or time, if Arry thinks that's the only way forward then he will have to go, he's started to sound like the wife when you buy a new house with a massive mortgage and says I love that house if you buy it I won't change a thing as I know your stretching our budget, but I must have it. One week in, I want a new bathroom, kitchen, wooden floors, fireplaces and a rangemaster Arry you're on £3m just sort it out without the tantrums.

Last time I was able to get into a pair of strides that size was my holy communion !!!

tbh you could upgrade the current team even if you selected an entire new squad from the regular posters on this message board !!

but finding upgrades is not the problem is it - the problem is the dross already in place who are not going to attract bids and the few that do will not take a big pay cut to leave london because TF pays so well- so they are immovable - and you can't have two squads. So unless TF buys the flops off to make room for fresh blood expect we will see essentially the same squad getting essentially the same results.
