If they decide to charge him in September it will be months before the case comes to court
There's no way he will be gone in the August Window, there wasn't many clubs chasing him when we secured him so I can't see anyone taking a risk on his buyout fee.
If the window passes, and he is found not guilty then the next window there is no buy out clause.
