Give them a season to 'gel' (which I doubt wouldnt take too long anyway) and then bring 2-3 new players into the fold next summer.

Love the money saving ideas.......I think you should act as a club consultant regarding financial fair play....

However, I'm not sure there's enough goals in that side.......

i was looking over some old championship winning games n mackie n tarrabt really destroyed lots of sides n with two seasons prem experience im certain theyd do the same...betty is a proven npc striker and if supplied will score a good few! fraulin bossed most midfields and if we get one or two in with a proven track record im sure we'll be fine!

The reason why this team looks good to me, and may work (With a few tweaks here and there) is because

1. Honest players
2. A lot of our longer serving players are in this team
3. Been there done that type of squad
4. Mackie, Adel and even Bothroyd all destroyed that league to be fair

My only point to make would be, I would add a top championship striker who could do it in the prem (Rhodes etc)

I would try and keep one or tow more of our relegated stars, and loan out Remy with him to return if we go up....

Lets face it though, with him due back in court in September Im not sure who will risk buying him by then...

Did pretty good for us when he had a run in the team...

Sheff Weds was a poor move for him IMO - I think he can offer us something...

I agree I would never of shipped him out. Wouldn't rely on him for 20 goals though. You need a 20+ goal striker if you want top 6.
