Have you forgotten about the stories about him never being at training, and losing the dressing room. That was before we have all the prima donnas we have now. He would be busy telling us how happy he was to have players like Bosingwa, Hoilett etc.Originally posted by bonheurjh View PostHe is my number one, never thought of him being absent from the job

Haha, it's just I saw what Mark Hughes was doing quite early on & can see a similar pattern breaking outOriginally posted by knocker View PostI can understand some peoples concerns about Harry although I don't share them but you seem to have a real downer on him. Does he owe you some money or something?Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes

Big reputations,Originally posted by Shania View PostWhat are the similarities between Sparky and HR?:=):
Smug, they both looked like they're too big for QPR which is rubbish & they can back it up with results
Passing the blame to others (which is the worst point of them all, the managers job is to get result
Blaming the players, they both used flair players over solid players, (Bosingwa over Harriman, MBia over Derry, not playing Onuoha till late, Zamora over Bothroyd)
They both tried to attack when they should of counter attacked
Hughes said "We'll never be in this situation again"
While Redknapp said "We won't be bottom of the league at the end of the season
They're both on huge wages and at the end of the day a managers job is to get points (HR on3million a year!)
They both tried the excuse of they need more time, we're in the PL, you dont get time
They're both trying to get Fernandes to spend more money when it's not needed
They're both taking Fernandes & QPR for mugs
There's more but it just winds me up, all of the above is not what being QPR manager is all aboutUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million

Don't think Warnock would be up for it, there were rumours that he only turned up to training on thursdays and left drunken Curle to run it, we need a young and dedicated manager.Originally posted by qpr View PostClear candidate IMO. Sometimes you've got to go back to what & where was good & go again from there (Like Chelsea are doing with Mourinho)"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0
