Was in there with my boy. Decent pub with sky, plus you get your pint in a glass.

Normally drink in the BQ but heard Mateys selling up, so probably looking for somewhere new to start having a few before and after. Will probably be the bull.

I like it in their mate before a game. Like you said decent environment and not much more then 5mins walk from the ground plus as you say beer in a glass helps. I can see it getting more popular. We need to claim it as a home pub before away fans suss it out

Also TW7R given its locality there is always a decent parade of eye candy floating about which helps the beer go down that bit easier

You know it! Luckily I managed to source a seat next to the window, so why junior was watching Spider-Man on my phone, I was enjoying various posh sorts going about their shopping. Better than the stoke match that's for sure.

Make the bull a rangers pub !

May I suggest sitting upstairs outside on the balcony in future. Shall we say you get a good vantage point to take in a birdseye view of the best that Westfield has to offer

So what if she's a Geordie mate. Don't mean stopping your regular customers coming in. Your bread & butter.

The fact you dont have to wait for a pint ,makes all the difference , was a good day Matty, except for the football !

You ain't wrong there mate. Nothing worse than queueing 20 minutes for a pint like you sometimes have to in the Adelaide before games!

And yep was decent! Roll on next season

I used to drink in o'donahughes if not in the BQ from time to time until the Chelsea game last season. Went in there to catch the Utd v City game before. Started queuing at HT for 3 pints, and finally got served as Dzeko bagged the 6th on about 90 minutes. 45 mins to get served.

Havnt been back since. Fk Ing hate queuing at a bar.

Ridiculous. You & me both - winds me right up. Worst I've ever experienced for it is Vodka Revs in Richmond.

Oi you two , you were let in on the well kept secret 'Beer in a glass/no queue at the bar' kind of pub and here you go blurting it out to all and sundry

I didn't think there was any need to floor that bloke Matty just cause he brought the last bag of dry roasted
