I suspect 'somebody' behind Hughes "suggested" having the Brazilian keeper , as that would promote 'the project' into another part of the global market .........

I'm probably in the minority here but I don't think we were. I think he was superb last season I really do, not knocking that at all, but I think another year in the top flight would have been a step too far from him and he wouldn't have been remembered as fondly as he is.

Great servant though and seems a top top bloke.
