I disagreed with original post, it over simplified the problems that we've been having over the last year and was pointing at the wrong culprits, or at least for the wrong reasons(West Acton has absolutely nailed it IMO), but I understand the sentiment behind it, so didn't get involved at that point (as I know what usually happens if I dare to comment on this kind of thread)

Someone then responded and brought race into it again, which is even further from the point.
