I look at clubs like sunderland, southampton and tottenham who got young managers at helm, they play good football, got good team spirits...If harry goes I would like to see a young manager bought in...

So who is available..

1, roberto di matteo... he got WBA up and won the Champions League but he a Chelsea ex former player and manager

2 Gianfranco Zola.. if Watford fail to go up then he should be worth considering, totally turn Watford round! Again another former Chelsea player

3 Gus Poyet... done a cracking job at brighton, 4th in the league right now, should be consider!

4 We could just take a risk and put Marc Bircham in and hope for the best!

Zola would`ve been a good choice.

Even if Harry was to leave (which I believe he isn't) a young manager is not the answer. There are too many internal problems to be sorted out.
