TF obviously has a long term vision for the club to be sustainable. Yes hes made a bit of a pigs ear of it so far but tbh isnt the only way to build for the future is to use youth? Consistency is key even for man united ffs. Next season we need a youthful squad with a few older key players to hold the spine of the team rob green may even be a good start with that. So if we're looking towards the future why have we got a manager who is nearing 70?! Next season we need a younger manager at the helm. An Eddie Howe or even a Gareth ainsworth even if it means getting an experienced head in as a consultant. I know Neil Warnock is looking for a role like that (not that I think he shouldnt of been sacked like some of you)

But as long as we have so many mercenaries on our books, I think an experienced manager at the helm is the best way to control them. Not an ideal situation if you ask me.

This is pretty much what I was saying a couple of weeks ago and whilst I wasn't exactly shot down in flames the reaction was hovering between Luke warm and tepid.... I suggested Karl Robinson initially but also thought that Derry with Warnock in an advisary role wouldn't be a bad shout....

Harry has been recycled and on teh managerial treadmill for far too long and looks tired and a bit frayed around the edges....
