No point sacking JS as any replacement would be JS with another name - the club doesn't want a pure manager type, much preferring a head coach with a development record.

New here. From what I've heard, the board like to meddle with the football side of the business, so require a "coach" who will put up with that. So there's very little chance of us getting a proper manager. JS is tactically inept, has little fire and continues to make the same errors. It's the conceding goals in the first few minutes of the half, what on earth is he saying before the players go out?
