depends if he keeps mucking about with starting line up, keep it simple ollie stick your best 11 out and get some momentum going into close season. if you cant work out if player cut it during training sessions and all the stats teams have on players in my opinion don't pi$$ about when people pay decent entrance fees to watch a training session for the management.
