Just remember his last game in charge st Leeds before being put on gardening leave. 3 of the back 4 were loan signings made the day before. An emergency loan signing in goal (Phil Barnes) and another loan signing in Leon Clarke playing up front. All making their debuts. Sacked from Millwwll with a 22% win percentage and Marc Bircham who has virtually no experience as Assistant.
When they started the ex players clubs I didn't think it was so they could take turns as manager.

Btw who has said they're not willing to give him a crack? All I've seen is posters saying he's by far not their first choice and it's a very poor appointment but will still get behind him 100%

Reading the comments on this and other boards it appears to me that most think that we are appointing a Cheerleader rather than a Manager of a Championship Football Team
