I dont know 77, tbh I think its just his natural personality. When on the pitch he seems so focused and committed. Remember against Wolves, the camara on Sky showing him about to deffend a corner (or free kick, cant remeber) and he got hold of Ned and Hall and sort of put them in position... reckon he's just passionate about what he does..... better than putting your team in the $hit by refusing to play imo.
