Yes of course you should, it would be crazy not to.

However you generally need a Gascoigne, Messi, Ronaldo, type to do it at the top level or similar going down the leagues.

Ideally no, but sometimes as we are all fully aware it works.

Yep you're right but don't build team around one man , but you can build a side around one man for certain games , or get your side to play around a substitution if he's having a positive effect on a game

Really dose depend on the player in question and the style you intend to play, but i see no wrong in that direction as long as everyone is on board with it.

No....much prefer to see a hard working unit ala Swansea or saints rather than rely on 1 player .

            Unless we buy Messi .

You certainly don't want to build a defensive system around Rio.

Judging by some of the scenes in the world cup (fans revolting, rioting etc) it may well be needed for the next olympics

I can't really agree with that .......football is a TEAM sport and as such cannot revolve around the talents of one particular player unless they are ridiculously influential, and those players are rarer than Kirill posting positive things about QPR.....

Warnock did it with Adel Taarabt and look what happened. It can be done but you have to really know the game and be able to man manage your players for it to work.
