They won't have any involvement in attracting/scouting players as Paladini is all over that. They can't have any involvement on what happens on the pitch as JM wouldn't stand for it.

Bringing in another guy above Magilton will just cause more friction and will essentially be another expensive contract that will need to be paid off when the board decide it isn't working!

No it unlikely to happen at the moment but in my opinion we need someone who knows the club inside out and is respected in the football world. Someone who can get internal stability within the club - that man is Mr QPR - the one and only Gerry Francis.
