yeh because of the loyalty points case they know you've purchased tickets as you've had to give your client ref number - you'll be fine.

Doubt they will send duplicates they will make you pick them up at the citeh box office had a few go missing this season through the post and thats what i had to do pick them up at the ground on the day.
