IMO he wont go, been injured for a year, i think any club interested would wait until crimbo before making there interest know.

Or ofcourse we could have a blinder of a season and if he does want to play in the prem it could be with us. hence a contract extension.

My only problem with that article is actually nowhere when you read it does it say we have turned down a bid. What it says is we have demanded £5m. We made some similarly ludicrous demand for Lee Cook before selling him for something quite sensible a few weeks later...

Only difference then was that the club was close to going back into administration and Cook had to be sold......
