  • The Bolton/Burnley situation

    In-depth radio show tonight.

Both clubs admire Paolo Sousa soooo much.

He will end up at a bigger club than either of them

I reckon he will end up managing a top top European club and in all probability going on to win European silverware.

Shame really-could have been with us.

You seem obsessed with the man, you always post his name.

No-one was even talking about him in October, after a bad couple of months, his name resurfaces, quite alot lately

              October was unbelievably good.

Pete-i have always said it was a mistake what our club did with regard to Sousa.

He had our defence playing as well as any for yonks.

              He was treated unfairly.

He was trying to build from the back and his most creative players were injured.

I will never understand or agree why we got rid.

              He will succeed,

You aren't talking about those two Lancashire clubs who both had lower atttendances than us when they played in this division but still have managed to win promotion to the Premiership whereas we haven't are you?

Pete - that's a bit rich, you couldn't stop talking about him in his first month or two at Swansea when he was doing badly. But hey, what does it matter, we replaced him with that titan of European football and cool, tactical genius Jim Magilton...

I have an obsession Pete, and i am not ashamed to admit it-it is with QPR.

I happen to like GP as a person, having met him on a few occasions.

I have no "agenda"other than wanting to see the club I have supported for 40 years succeed.

I will never, ever, understand why our club got rid of Paolo Sousa.

                            That is all.

from a football and business point of view getting rid of Sousa was inexplicable to me, He is a winner and it was a real coup bringing him in.

I dont think it was results that got him sacked there were other reasons but if ever there was a manager we should have had patience with it was him.
