It's clear this director of football crap doesn't work in this country get rid of Paladini at least in this role and get a manager in who will be abllowed to manage and sign who he wants!

but sporting director should be more than just bringing in a few players shouldnt it, thats the bit that puzzles me, where does his responsibility start and stop.
Perhaps the fat one interferes with GP's role too.

McPete's assertion that any other manager would have got us into the top 6 with this squad is unbelievably deluded IMO.

No manager could have coped with 3 of our best players being out for large chunks of the season.

No manager could cope with the forwards we have had at our disposal.

No manager could have produced this without proper recognised full backs.

We have a mid table squad, with plenty of mediocre players signed by GP on long contracts and high wages that can't just be shifted off.

The whole thing reeks of the CW set up and could well end in tears.

Sousa has got us more points in 2009 than both Coppell (Reading) and McCarthy (Wolves) FACT.

Don't see them clambering for a new manager.

Brighton R - Sousa may have overseen defensive football but sorry I watched far more dross under Holloway's hoofball era.

The clubs needs sorted out once and for all - starting with "loose lips" Paladini being first out of the door.
