He's a very intelligent guy. Unfortunately, most footballers tend to be the opposite.
Hence, Warnocks "fix bayonets!" approach to championship football worked straight away in comparison.

He needs to improve his body language, didnt come across as a guy who can take control of a situation. One of those intelligent types who dont speak unless spoken to. Definitely not management material, top bloke though.Comment
