Cardiff's Caulker Set For QPR Medical

Steven Caulker will undergo a medical at Queens Park Rangers on Tuesday, talkSPORT understands.

The Cardiff defender had been stalling on a switch to Loftus Road after QPR agreed a fee with the Championship side last week amid interest from a host of other Premier League teams.

Crystal Palace, Southampton had Liverpool have all been linked with the 22-year-old.

However, he has now made up his mind to join Harry Redknapp's newly-promoted side.

The former Tottenham centre-back, who worked under Redknapp at White Hart Lane, will put the finishing touches to the move today.

He will become QPR's second summer signing, following the free transfer arrival of Rio Ferdinand.

no it was always a done deal ,ever since harry said on talksport that he is definately going to be a qpr player that was a week ago,i watched that interview and harry wouldnt have said that if he didnt really mean it and was also saying that forest lascelles was 90 per cent finalised
if he gets lascelles we then have one brilliant center hal;f [partnership that will take some breaking down lascelles is so fast we would have an almost impregnable central defensive partnership

No way we will lascelles as well surely ? Be great if we did but can't see it !
Really want fer and hooper/ sigthorson and think we have a good shot at staying up
