Think we need to bring in someone who can deliver a few sessions on opening up the opposition. We are so easy to play against, very much in straight lines with no obvious plan to create space. Redknapp is not a great coach so why bring in someone like Downs to replace mcClaren, just don't know what Wally brings and surely needs to go and get a forward thinking attacking coach to try something different.

Have a proper read of my first post, question is what does Downs bring? Not saying he is anything other than a defensive coach, but if your defense is pretty sound (which us was at the time) and you can't score (which we haven't done to any extent all season) why not bring in an attack minded coach.Originally posted by Jimmy Rabbit View PostBond & Jordan take the sessions. Blame them.
Downes has nothing to do with the set up, formations or tactics. He's there to coach defensively. Nothing more nothing less. Another scapegoat it seems.
