Free membership?????

membership has gone but the 3 tickets i needed are printed off and safely tucked away

Double check they haven't been put back up on the online ticketing as available. They may make those ones you have as void. The tickets I mean.

A quick question, can a member buy more than one ticket in the members pre-sale's and if you can do the other tickets have to be assigned to other members?

this year you need have a membership for each ticket. last year you could buy one extra with your membership. bit crap really, and i for one didnt realise the change when i renewed this year. hence why i jumped all over this!

bought 3 free ones assigned them to 3 different people linked in my network and they have all vanished (apart from my original 40 quid one obviously)

I was buying tickets for the blackburn game nearly had them went to get different seats and stopped working, also my membership has gone from my account details so looks like they have stopped it.

I think this has been a big mistake and the club will be emailing all who have a purchased the free option to confirm it's been cancelled, unless they're going to refund the original members who paid 40 quid.

They won't refund all those who paid £40. They would lose out on a lot of money.

Have had memberships confirmation + tickets confirmation by email, and 'print off' tickets through already

already being a member thought id jump in and get some for friends and family, turns out when you try to buy a members only ticket using a 'complimentary member' it says they do not have the correct attributes to complete the purchase.

its all just an error and i guess they will be refunding the 3.50's!!

it wouldnt really be fair to the rest of us which paid the original 40 quid!

John, how did you get to the ticket bundle page? If I click on that link I get the Stoke City final home match up? Also just out of interest which bundle did you buy?

Went into the Blackburn game and spotted a tab for bundles, clicked that and it brought up 3 different ones. I went for bundle 2 as the games suit my availability better but the bundle with Chelsea was very appealing!
