Remember, they were supposed to get a transfer embargo for 2 transfer windows for the Gael Kakuta business (now ironically farmed out on loan to Fulham). But this was lifted on appeal and they got off with a slapped wrist and a fine. They now have David Luiz and Fernando Torres in their squad. If they can get away with it so can we.....
