The winger we got on loan back in the late nineties was very good according to those who watched QPR regularly. I can`t remember his name now. He came from Arsenal.

Jerome Thomas and he was a good loan sign.

Taarabt Routledge Morrison all good shouts too. Walker was very good as was Diakite, who reminded me of Patrick Vierra.

As for the worst, Gus Ceasar has to be up there with the likes of Brett Angel and Tamas Priskin.

Townsend was pretty good in the prem. Diakite was brilliant in that first six months was terrible as soon as we signed him permanently

Diakite is a great shout, when he was onloan I thought we discovered the next Yaya Toure

He really was outstanding while onloan, I remember one performance against Arsenal at home, he was so dominant . Permanently he obviously had big issues off the pitch because he was shocking

In recent times, Walker was superb. He made a huge difference in his spell and was a right coup! We did loan Wayne Routledge back from the Toon, suppose that was half decent
