I was given this book at on Saturday, because I hail from Kensal Green, and for those of you from along the Harrow Road, this pictorial history brings back many memories of how the manor used to be. It is by a local called Len Snow and has a bit about the club and our ancestral homes in Droop Street and Kensal Rise. Lots of pics of the old pubs (many have now gone) the schools and parks. Brought back many memories of The Queeens Park Estate, Kensal Green and Rise and Harsleden for me.
