At the start of the season I'm sure I remember reading that we were going to get all our teams playing with the system (much like England) to ease the transition of young players into the first team. If so that may explain why it took so long to change, and why there seems to have been no sign of argument about it within the club. In that case then there is collective blame (not just Ollie), and hopefully now collective agreement to go 4 at the back from now on!
