Caned the Championship with a Newcastle side that would always walk the division. Not a fan personally but a better shout than Laudrup or Poyet

Good shout but realistically he won't leave Brighton while they're flying.

I had a feeling that would be your answer. 20 years must certainly test the patience...the life of an R's fan eh?

Mark Hughes was the last best manager we had style wise - just had the wrong board giving him and the agents too much carte blanche. Proven before and after at Stoke how good a manager he really is.

And it honestly really pains me to say this as he is an arrogant cant

    Agree with that.

I agree with bill a fair bit but man you have to show some consistancy. no way should we go for derry or hill as managers. we need someone that knows wtf they are doing.

you want prem football........ you need to get people in that have done it and been there. get rid of coach pratt along with les and dont being bringing anyone in for farking sentimental reasons.

Probably give them all a go from top to bottom, say 10 games each?

Rowett or Pearson. Need a manager that can get the best out of the players we have. I'm confidant we could still save this season. If either 1 is appointed. More time we waste with ramshackle the less chance of it happening
