If we were to need a new manager then i'd love to see Olly back. yes he made mistakes last time, but he's developed as a manager no end since then. Record speaks for itself... took Blackpool up, very nearly kept them up on shoestring, next season after losing key players was in playoffs again, just missed out, then this year he's in the playoff final with Palace. He's also got teams playing a good brand of attacking football, has blue and white blood and shows more passion than Ibrahimivic and Pique when Shakira's popped up the shops....

Warnock is a legend. Olly is a legend. Because they put the club first and don't tolerate any lack of effort.

OC rather screwed up taking a solid performing Prem team, plus a few additions of his own, down to the Championship.

Then managed to severely under perform in Championship and get the Spanish Archer.

Clear candidate IMO. Sometimes you've got to go back to what & where was good & go again from there (Like Chelsea are doing with Mourinho)
