On Neil's budget he won't be buying a 30 goals a season player we've already seen him shying away from big money buys, but what i believe he will do is get someone on a small fee and maybe he will be able to turn them into a prolific scorer, well that's what i'm hoping anyway as i can't see it any other way.Queens Park Rangers
