thats when first set my eyes on sweet meloney
i was all decked out in my levi sta press and crombie
she several years older created a mystique
which was fairly unique
many years have past
but im still in love my love seems to have last
but so many miles between us
the last time i saw her she was on the 140 bus
i cried
she lied
she said she was plane spotting,i waited at northolt station for her to come back
i realised that she had jumped ship and given me the sack
i went back to the load of hay pub
bought a ploumans how i loved that pub grub
and thats about it
now i feel a bit of a nit
i can fall about with laughter
but good times ,brings back precous memories forever after
