Me and my boy go and with tickets, diesel and food looking about £150 for the day (not including what it costs me paying someone to do my job while i am out for the day). Dont get to as many games as in the past because of the cost.Comment

I'm not paying that kind of money for 90 minutes of football. Would rather pay off a bit of the mortgage, hence why I don't go as much as I used to.
The economic reality is spending £200 a month just for home games, more for aways. I'm afraid these high prices are beginning to force out fans like me with 40 years support under my belt.

its why scudamore was very strong about this when the new prem deal was announced. They need the supporters and teams like villa are not getting full houses. This detracts from the atmosphere, Scudamore suggests that they are getting mega money from TV so can charge more fairly to the supporter.Comment

Prime objective is wringing as much money as possible out of their product. They are all very adept at issuing sententious sound bites about fans, affordability and "the football family" but it's all bullshine.... Money is their god.Comment

Can't see tickets getting any cheaper tbh, especially in London, which is a shame because it's just unaffordable for a lot of fans..
Not that optimistic about Arsenal, they always choke against the big teams and turn up against the likes of us. Monaco defended well as a unit, we're an absolute shambles defensively. Still, it's at LR so who knows how we'll do..Comment
